“ We had an amazing experience at MXD Restaurant recently! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff. The hostess offered to take pictures of me and my friends proceeded to show us the bathroom which was stunning, she offered to take more pictures. The service continued to impress throughout the meal. Our waiter Javier was incredibly attentive, checking in with us regularly to ensure everything was to our liking. At one point, we realized that an item we had ordered hadn't come out yet. Without hesitation, the manager came over to apologize, and immediately corrected the issue. They handled everything so smoothly and professionally, which really made a difference in how we felt. It’s clear they prioritize excellent customer service, and it was a breath of fresh air. Both the waiter Javier and the manager Alex went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dining experience, and they even adjusted our check to reflect the missing item, which we truly appreciated. Overall, MXD Restaurant has earned a loyal customer in me. The food was fantastic, and the service was even better. Highly recommend it if you're looking for delicious food and a restaurant that really takes care of the customers. ”
“ Great place to eat. Alitrle loud in doors so I felt the best seat was outside on the patio to enjoy a good conversation with the people that we arrived with....but if you don't mind the loud sounds or conversating sit inside. No complaint thought food great. ”
“ Great service! We ordered the experience-decorated table through the open table app and had our personalized table uniquely designed for the birthday event. The food was tasty, and the drinks were fantastic. We loved the club-themed atmosphere. Loud music plays throughout the entire restaurant dining room. ”
“ Had a birthday brunch for my wife here. Group of 18, food was delicious, and service was great. The place looks awesome. Live music wasn't overly loud and enjoyable... had the steak and eggs, and the steak was cooked perfectly. Drinks are good and awesome presentations. I only have 1 negative. The photography girl is annoyingly aggressive trying to get you to pay 25.00 for a print. She came back saying one was missing, and it felt accusatory.. she found it on the table under a napkin while having my wife recount the ones she paid for, after pretty much searching our table and looking quite dumb. You spread out all the photos all over the table and act as if someone wanted to steal a photo after purchasing 10 of them at the table. Get real.. so my advice is to skip the photos.. enjoy the drinks, food and cool atmosphere. Customer service was 5 star except for the photo issue that left a bad taste with me after paying a bill for 18 people... ”
“ This place is a fun experience! There's rave lighting and, and loud music. I HIGHLY recommend this place for special occasions - the music will get louder and employees do a conga-line (holding signs, flashing lights rave lights, and singing if you have a Birthday, order a lot of shots, or order a gold leaf meal). But, personally, we went as a family and our kids had a great experience! The music was a a great volume so even if my kids were loud it didn't ruin anyone else's experience. Expect to pay a lot. Just the kid's Mac & Cheese is 14 alone, but the serving size is huge! The Chocolate Milk is FUN! It comes with sprinkles and a Donut on top! There are fun foods for adults too; 75 - 300 if you want Gold Flakes on your food, like steak! Speaking of Stake: Wagu Stake is something I'd like to try next time! ”
“ I love this place! The atmosphere is great. It feels more like a club honestly, a family friendly club that is. The food is great and portions aren't too small. I know this place is for very special occasions so if you're only going once in a very long while, I highly recommend trying at least one appetizer. We love the queso fundido and guacamole. The drinks are beautifully presented, and they really take their time with you. Birthdays are so fun there. I've been there teice now and I will be going again. I do recommend going with a high budget to avoid stressing about it at the end. ”
